In our 4th recipe video join Taisiya as she creates a fresh, delicious recipe using parsley grown right in our Pure Greens Container Farms! Here’s what you’ll need to create this recipe at home:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of quinoa
  • 3/4 cups of celery
  • 1/2 cup of apricots
  • 2 apples
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin seed kernels
  • Feta cheese

You’ll start by boiling the Quinoa for 20 minutes! Next, you’ll chop up your celery, apricots, apples, fresh parsley and lemons. After you chop your produce you’ll want to combine your lemon juice, olive oil, honey and salt& pepper in a bowl. Finally, you’ll combine all of your ingredients, toss and serve! This recipe makes about 4 servings!
