In our first recipe video, our co-founder Taisiya shows you how to make a delicious Caprese Bruschetta recipe using fresh basil grown in our Pure Greens Container Farms!
Learn how to make a healthy and fresh snack for after-school, before dinner or anytime!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 pieces of nice crusty rustic bread.
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- ¾ of a cup of fresh mozzarella cheese
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- 1 clove of garlic
The first thing we’re going to do is rub the garlic on our bread then put it in the oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes until it’s nice and golden brown.
Next, we’re going to chop our tomatoes in half and cut our mozzarella into bite-sized chunks.
Now our bread should be done and we’re ready to put everything together.
Finally, we’re going to put our tomatoes and mozzarella on the bread, add our freshly harvested basil, drizzle a little olive oil and sea salt on and we’re ready to eat!
